SHIPPING INFO
Keep in mind we are a small independent publisher and not Amazon.
Pre-order shipping estimates are not guaranteed.
Regular book orders are shipped by media mail and take around 10 business days to arrive after we process your order.
When your order is packed, and a label is created, you will receive an email notification with tracking info. Allow an additional 1-3 days for handling. Once an item is tracked and delivered to the address provided, we are no longer responsible for the item. Packages stolen off your porch or from your mailbox are not our responsibility.
International shipping is available for most items and usually takes from 1 to 6 weeks to arrive, but there is no guarantee of arrival time. If you don't receive your international order in a timely fashion, please let us know, and we will sort it out.
If you order presale items, they will ship as soon as we receive them from the printer. If you order several items and one of the items is a presale, your full order will not ship until all items are ready for packaging.
Since the beginning of the COVID pandemic, there have been sporadic delays to our postal system, especially around the holidays. This should be taken into consideration.

RETURN POLICY
Returns are accepted for a refund within 30 days of receiving your order. No refund is given for shipping. The customer pays for return shipping. Please include your order number and reason for return. Refunds are provided upon receiving returned items in original condition.
